I just got home from my weekend away, so I am trying to catch up on e-mails and everything and then I will be back to regular posting!

Hair cut!

Well, I got all my hair cut off today! I have to say I looove it! lol. I got the idea in my head that I was gonna get it cut, and then after that it was just a certainty. I didn't want to do my long hair anymore and was just pretty much over it. Here is the latest pics of my 'before' hair. This was at the end of June.

I love it so much! I can't wait to really get a chance to mess with it and get it all texture-y like hers. This is the shortest I have ever had my hair and I don't know if I will ever grow it out that long again! What a pain it was compared to this!

Hmmm...

Well, I am still trying to find my direction here. I have lots and lots of ideas and just need to get them organized and get things moving. I have been reading lots of other blogs and every time I do, I feel like I get a new idea. lol.

Compared to other people, I have really just started getting into beauty and fashion...all of that. So I think this is just going to chronicle my endeavors and see where it goes. Unfortunately, I haven't got around to an 'actual' post, yet, but that will come eventually. Like I said, I am still just trying to gather all my thoughts (which is quite a process itself) and organize all my ideas for the moment.

I really can't wait to get started, though!! I am hoping tomorrow I can get some kind of post up. And my nail polish collection because so far that is the #1 thing that I am into. :)

First Post

Hello to anyone who reads this. I used to blog a lot, in fact I even had my own URL and everything, but I ended up letting that go a few years ago. Now, I have found that I miss it and have new passions that I want to share.

I am currently a 28 year old student. I will be finishing my accounting degree this year. I am also a mother to a beautiful 3 year old daughter, who I am sure you will hear plenty about. I used to work full time as an assistant manager of a gas station, but got fired last week as a result of getting robbed. Seriously. Interesting story, I will tell you sometime. I live with my fiance and he is the father of my daughter.

I love nail polish, make up, beauty and hair stuff, fashion...normal girly things. Unfortunately, being unemployed has put a slight damper on my buying habits, but it has also opened up some time for me to start blogging again. Also, I have enough things to get me by until I start working again :) Which, hopefully won't be too long.

You may not read about the most high-end make up here or the latest and greatest new trend. I will just be blogging about the things I know, love, and am trying out. I have learned so much from other blogs and just want to share the things I love with others that have the same interests as me.

Anyways, this is my first post and there will be many more to follow. Goodnight for now. :)
